| Shipping Your Rebounder to Canada |
Needak Soft-Bounce Rebounders are manufactured in O'Neill, Nebraska United States. Our orders are
shipped direct from the manufacturer within 1 to 2 business days. After an order is shipped, you will
receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking information for your package.
Shipping to Canada
There are four required charges which will be made when shipping the Needak Rebounders into Canada.
1) The price of the rebounder
2) GST (as of January 1, 2008) is 5% of the value of the rebounder price
3) The Custom Clearance Fees (see the chart below)
4) Shipping charge
Custom Clearance must be charged per the following chart. "Duty Value" is the price paid by the person
receiving the shipment and encompasses all items in the individual shipment to a single address.

UPS delivers worldwide and is traceable. The carrier also ships both the folding and non-folding
rebounder. Below are the delivery rates for the different Canadian provinces. Rates subject to change.
When you place an order, the shipping charges will be calculated automatically. The calculations are
based on the location in Canada where the order is being shipped. You will see the shipping charge
when your shopping is done and the location is entered.
You can expect your order to be delivered within 5 to 8 business days depending on the items ordered
and their destination. Please note that we will contact you if we have any questions or experience any
problems with your order. Express shipping is available. Please call 877-454-9991 for a quote.
