Directions: Add one (1) scoop of Gary Null's Muscle Stuff to eight (8) ounces of your favorite juice or beverage. An electric blender is preferable, however, powders will disperse readily with rigorous stirring in a glass of juice. Increase or decrease the liquid for a thinner or thicker consistency.
